Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt to track the status of your return as it travels back to our warehouse.
